REFUND / RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day warranty on all Uplifting change products valid from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing faults or damages that may have occurred during shipping, but it doesn’t cover neglect or wear and tear.
At our discretion, we will replace or repair your damaged product.
Exceptions to this are EARRINGS, These are yours now as Australian Hygiene Laws prohibit returns or exchanges on pierced Items
SALE ITEMS are also FINAL. No returns on sale items.

3. Who Pays for the Postage?
You will need to pay for the postage for returns unless your product has arrived to

Remember, you are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the product in as new condition, and again we suggest you make sure your return parcel has tracking as we’re not responsible for your item not reaching us.
1. Once we receive the returned item we will check it is in original condition and provide store crediting or exchange if applicable.
How will I be refunded?
You will be credited back to the original payment source, Credit, Bank, or Paypal, Afterpay purchases are only eligible for store credit, no refund, this is because the payment contract is with the credit provider, not Uplifting Change Jewellery.
